I worked with Cheri to get signed up. She was quick to respond, extremely friendly, and was ready to offer up alternatives when the class I wanted to sign up for was full. Matt was an amazing coach. He made everything, that he was allowed to, to be interactive and exciting. Even the dry portions about Michigan laws. He ensured everyone understood a concept or technique before moving on. He was also able to explain and show concepts in a manner that was easy to understand and provided feedback in a usable and friendly way. This was truly a no pressure class.
