Being that Wolverine HD is about an hour from my house, I called the dealer and spoke with Matt, who was very willing to help with info on a 2023 Street Glide Special that they had listed on the website. In addition to the details about the bike, he worked with the other team members on a deal for the bike, as well as two trade-ins. When I arrived at Wolverine for the test ride, Matt took time to explain the majority of features on the bike and outlined the details for the test ride route ... something that other local dealers didn't do when looking at bikes/test riding He consistently answered calls, worked to arrange delivery of the bike, and kept me informed of the steps/progress. Not only is he a good salesman, he seems like a genuinely nice guy that shows concern for a positive customer service experience. If I lived closer, I'd probably stop by the dealer on a regular basis just to B.S. with Matt and many other staff at Wolverine Harley Davidson. P.S. I bought the bike! (Employee: Matt Phillips)
