Chuck and I worked together recently on my first bike - a 2018 Harley Davidson Breakout. While Chuck knew I was really passionately pursuing this bike, he really stressed the need for him to get to know me, what my riding style would be like, and how what type of position / posture on the bike made me the most comfortable. While I havent bought a bike in the past, I would be willing to bet that other Harley dealers are not nearly as thorough as Chuck and the team at Wolverine when it comes to understanding your wants and needs so that they can get you into the right bike for you. Everything throughout the process made sense to me as a new rider and that along with the care that was taken earned my trust and subsequently earned Chuck and Wolverine HD my business. The bike like most was a big purchase for me, one I had worked very hard for and put a lot of thought into.
