Jeff helped me with an order for a tour pack for my street glide. Wolverine gave my wife and I a chance to ride on a bike that had a tour pack. I should have never let my wife on that bike. As soon as she sat down I heard her say 'Oh!'. Seeing as I have been with her for some time, I've learned the difference between her good and bad responses. She was in love. Seeing as I am in love with her, my bike now has a tour pack. In all seriousness, Jeff knows the HD product line well enough to give me options, make suggestions, and when it was all said and done, he saves me some money and I got exactly what I wanted and needed.
