I contacted Matt to see about ordering a new windshield for my Sportster. I was on a short timeline to have the product and get it installed. Matt and I discussed my options. Matt told me to have the product on time I would have to pay for overnight shipping. I was a little disappointed that the dealership was not able to cover the cost of the shipping but Matt tried to locate the item locally so I wouldn't have to pay the cost. The item was not found locally so Matt went ahead and ordered it. Matt is real easy to work with and understands your needs as a customer.
