With Dan as my salesman, I couldn't have scripted a better sales experience. The bike I fell in love with was on the website. When I came into the dealership to see it in person, it had a win this bike sign on it. My heart sank when informed that particular bike could not be sold. Dan quickly ushered me over to his desk where he jumped on his computer and found an identical bike in Pennsylvania. He said he would have it shipped in. I believe Dan and I had 20+ emails. I didn't have a single email sent that didn't receive a response including an email on a Sunday evening around 8:00. I believe Dan responded within ten minutes. I have been to the dealership a couple of times since I bought my bike. Dan still greets me by name.
