Scott made my Christmas one to remember!! He exemplifies all that phenomenal customer service has to offer. Dec 23rd, His sales tactics were considerate and effective in getting me the deal I needed to make it happen. Dec 24th, (on his day off!!!) he met me at the dealership 90 minutes before the store opened to take delivery of my beautiful new to me Harley and trade in my Triumph. Being so excited, I forgot to give him the title on my trade. He met me again, at a different location, so I could get to work, to make the title swap. Being that the store technically wasnt open, I couldnt get my new plate. Dec 25th, Scott drove 30 minutes past his Christmas destination to drop the new plate in my mailbox. He didnt have to do this, he chose to do this. To me, this act of ,do whatever it takes to satisfy a customer, is the single greatest act of phenomenal customer service I have ever received. Furthermore, this is a reflection of Wolverine Harley-Davidson as a whole. They will be my only Harley-Davidson dealership I will ever deal with from here on out. Thank you Scott and Wolverine Harley-Davidson for making this a Christmas I will never forget.
