Since Wolverine's inception, customer service has been the cornerstone of their business. Most businesses base success on the number of units it sells in a given period. Conversely, long before Wolverine puts a motorcycle in your hands, its Service, Parts, and Sales departments build a one-to-one relationship with the customer. Mark in Service, Todd in Parts and Chuck in sales, pride themselves in knowing their customer base. As a result, a person such as myself who has ridden a motorcycle for fifty-six years but lacks technical skills can turn to an employee-friend thereby ensuring my bike is mechanically sound.
