Brought my recently purchased 2019 FLHR in for a front end area rattle upon returning from a trip to northern Michigan. Technician diagnosed symptom as loose left footboard fastener(s) based test rides before & after re-fastening bolts. Service Rep. & Tech were very efficient to resolve the problem. However, my concern remains within the Engineering departments if actual production build products are subjected to rigorous road conditions (vibration profiles or Finite Element Analysis) to identify these problems up front.
